Visa Eligibility & Applications

ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL TRIBUNAL AND FEDERAL COURT APPEALS

If your visa application is refused or your visa is cancelled by the Department of Home Affairs our Immigration Lawyers and Registered Migration Agents can represent you to appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and Federal Court of Australia or a request for Ministerial Intervention.

Skills Assessments

To apply for a General Skilled Migration visa, you must first nominate an occupation that is on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) when you apply and when your application is assessed. You must provide strong evidence that your skills have been assessed and are suitable for your nominated occupation by the relevant assessing authority for your nominated occupation. These requirements must be met before your visa can be granted. Our qualified team is able to assist you in preparing and lodging applications for a skills assessment with the relevant assessing authority.

Relationship Registration

If you are in a de-facto relationship and want to apply for a partner visa however are unable to meet the 12 month de-facto requirement, then we are able to aid in registering your relationship with the relevant state organisation such as the NSW Births Deaths & Marriages office in order to become eligible as a de-facto couple.
